Functional Heel Counters, the Alternative to AFO’s

Heel counters are a feature in every shoe, but their function and potential are often underestimated. Pedorthists work with them daily, yet not all heel counters are the same — their design, material, and structure can dramatically influence support, stability, and patient outcomes.
