Bump-in will take place on Thursday 10 September 2026 between 1:00pm and 4:00pm (ADST), with the Exhibition officially opening during the Welcome Reception at 6:00pm. Conference sessions will be held on Friday 11th and Saturday 12th, with bump-out scheduled for Saturday 12 September at 3:00pm.
The Welcome Reception on Thursday evening marks the official opening of the conference, bringing together delegates and exhibitors in a relaxed and engaging setting.
On Friday evening, the Conference Dinner at TBC will serve as the social highlight of the event — an opportunity to strengthen connections and build lasting professional relationships.

Exhibition
The trade exhibition will be located in the Hunter Room of the Novotel Sydney on Darling Harbour.
Refer to the floor plan to select your stand. Indicate your preference in the order comments when completing your purchase or via email to info@pedorthics.org.au. We will accommodate your stand request however the floor plan is subject to change based on demand and the requirement to allocate premium sponsors’ allocations. We suggest booking early to secure your preferred location.
Bump In
Exhibitors will have access on Thursday 11 September from 1.00pm and need to complete their bump in by 4:00pm.
Bump Out
Exhibitors can start packing after the lunch break ends at 3:00pm on Saturday 12 September.
Guest Speakers / Product Demonstration
If you wish to have a guest speaker or do a product demonstration during the extended Exhibition time, please let us know in advance and we can arrange a time during the program. Sponsors will be allowed a maximum of 1 allotted time of 10 min, Exhibitors will be allowed a maximum of 1 allotted time of 5 mins. You will be asked to give details on the topic and name of the person presenting. The PAA reserves the right to refuse any talks or product demonstrations that are not deemed safe, relevant, professional or offensive.
Additional Exhibitor Registration
Additional exhibitor registrations can be purchased for $490 which includes access to all conference education sessions, the Welcome Reception, morning tea, lunch and afternoon tea.
The conference dinner is not included but can be purchased for an additional fee of $140.00.
